This Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through this website (todaydentalkorea.com) is collected, used and protected. The website is operated by PORTZONE INC. ("the operator") to provide international patient consultation for Today Dental Clinic in Gangnam, Cheongdam and Bucheon, Korea.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect: name, country, preferred language, messenger ID (LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat), email or phone number, treatment of interest, travel dates, your message, and any dental photos you attach. We do not collect this information unless you submit the form.
Optional health information and dental photos
You can send a general enquiry without health information or photos. If you choose to provide dental details or photos, we collect them with your separate explicit consent to review this enquiry. They are not published.
Purpose of use
We use your information only to review your inquiry, reply through the channel you chose, and help plan your visit and treatment consultation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing with Today Dental
With your separate clinic-sharing consent, Portzone provides your contact details, enquiry and any optional health information you consented to provide to Today Dental Clinic so the clinic can review and respond. Consent to collection and consent to clinic sharing are required to process an enquiry through this form; health information and photos remain optional.
Storage and international transfer
Submitted information is stored in Portzone’s Mediport system using the Supabase database and private photo storage. The database region is Seoul, Republic of Korea. This website and its consultation server are hosted on Vercel. These providers may process information outside your country. Dental photos are not made public.
Analytics and cookies
In regions where prior consent is required by law (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), and whenever we cannot determine your region, optional measurement stays off until you allow website analytics. In other regions it starts when the page opens, and you can switch it off at any time in Privacy settings. Mediport measures consultation-button and messenger clicks using the page path, language, channel and a random session identifier. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica help us understand website visits and interactions. Clarity uses strict masking; Yandex session replay and form analysis are off. Consultation answers and contact details are not sent to these analytics tools. You can reject or change your choice in Privacy settings in the footer. The consultation form works without analytics consent.
Retention
Portzone's retention period is three years from the date Portzone receives your information. Today Dental Clinic's retention period is three years from the date the clinic receives it. Each organisation calculates its own period from its own receipt date. You may request earlier deletion using the contact below.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time using the contact below.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 14. Consultation for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
