("the operator") to provide international patient consultation for Today Dental Clinic in Gangnam and Bucheon, Korea.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect: name, country, preferred language, messenger ID (LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat), email or phone number, treatment of interest, travel dates, your message, and any dental photos you attach. We do not collect this information unless you submit the form.

Dental photos (sensitive information)

Photos of your teeth can reveal health information. They are collected only with your explicit consent, used only to review your consultation, and are never published.

Purpose of use

We use your information only to review your inquiry, reply through the channel you chose, and help plan your visit and treatment consultation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Your information is shared with Today Dental Clinic so the clinic team can review your case and reply. It is not provided to any other third party unless required by law.

Storage and international transfer

Submitted information is stored in Google services (Google Sheets / Google Drive) managed by the operator, and this website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States and the Republic of Korea.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). You can block cookies in your browser settings; the consultation form works without analytics cookies.

Retention

Consultation records are kept while needed to handle your inquiry, and for up to one (1) year after the last contact, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time using the contact below.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 14. Consultation for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
